Hi! My name is Mrs. Schmidt, one of the 5th grade teachers here at Southwest Christian School. After graduating from Dordt College, I taught at Sanborn Christian. I then stayed home with our growing family for several years. After doing multiple short & long term subbing positions here at SWC, I started teaching full time 5th grade last year. I am excited to be teaching 5th grade again this year! I am married to Jon Schmidt, and we have five children who all attend SWC. I love children and teaching children, and I am excited to nurture a deeper understanding of God among our Kingdom citizens in all subject areas!
